5 Ingredient Chicken Enchiladas
These delicious one pan enchiladas are perfect for busy weeknights. Just 5 ingredients ready in 45 minutes.

- 1 ½ cup enchilada sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cheese shredded
- 1 can black beans
- 1 cup cooked rice
Preheat your oven to 350. Next, spoon 1/4 cup of the enchilada sauce on the bottom of your casserole dish and spread smooth.
Layer with tortillas. Once layered, spread another 1/4 of enchilada sauce on the tortillas then layer with 1/3 of the shredded chicken, 1/3 of the black beans, and 1/4 of the shredded cheese.
Repeat the tortillas, sauce, chicken, beans, and cheese layering two more times. Then top with one final layer of tortillas, the remaining enchilada sauce, and the remaining cheese.
Cover and place into the preheated oven for 30 min. Remove the cover during the final 5 minutes of baking.
