Beef and Cabbage Stir Fry
This beef and cabbage stir fry is a great healthy way to use ground beef. It's filling, healthy, and delicious!

- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 head cabbage
- 3 medium carrots
- 1 onion
- 1/3 cup coconut aminos
Preheat your Blackstone to Medium, set one side burner to low.
While the griddle is heating up, chop up the vegetables. Chop cabbage into thin strips (⅛-¼"). Peal and shred carrots, and thinly slice up onion.
Once griddle is thoroughly heated, begin browning ground beef. Tossing as you cook, to evenly brown meat.
After ground beef is thoroughly cooked, move off to the side low burner. Lightly oil the center of the griddle and add veggies to the griddle.
Spread vegetables out on the griddle and allow to cook. Stir fry veggies evenly flipping and continuing to spread out over grill. The cabbage will begin to show browned edges when it's cooked fully.
Move ground beef back to the center of grill and mix with veggies. Spread out and begin pouring coconut aminos evenly on stir fry. Allow to cook for a few more minutes. The heat will caramelize the sugars in the coconut aminos, sweetening the stir fry.
Once fully cooked, move to a serving dish and enjoy!
